Robert has worked for many years in Dublin’s social services sector. Working within the area of addiction support as director recovery for marginalized groups offering individual and residential group recovery programmes. He works in the areas of addiction, anxiety, self-esteem, depression and sexual identity. The therapeutic approach adopted is both psychoanalytically informed and person centred therapy. Combined with a BA in Philosophical and Social Care from the Milltown Institute, MA in Psychology and H.dip in Education from Trinity College Dublin he also hold an MA in Psychoanalytically informed Psychotherapy. He is a member of APPI (Association for Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy in Ireland) and ICP (Irish Council for Psychotherapy).

Sarah has worked for many years as a therapist specialising in the areas of relationships, sex & sexuality and gender. Alongside being co-owner & co-founder of Capable Minds Sarah works extensively within the organizational setting of the HSE, Trinity College and Technological University Dublin working with both adults and adolescents and specifically among the LGBTQ community in Ireland and overseas.  Sarah provides group facilitation in addiction supports and rehabilitation services- in the areas of Self Esteem, Sexual Identity and Trauma. She holds a Grad. Deg and MSc. in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling from Dublin City University (DCU) with a specialisation in Relationships, Sexuality and Gender. She also holds a Dip. in Sexual Addictions.

Thomaz is a professional in Behavioural Psychology and Professional Coaching member of the Psychological Society of Ireland, holding an Honours Degree in Psychology, a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis, and a CIPD Certification in Human Resources.

Thomaz has many years of experience in psychotherapy working in private counselling and mental health institutions such as Psychosocial Care Centres and non-governmental organizations with individuals from all over the world with different cultural backgrounds.

Thomaz also works in career planning and development, and professional orientation helping individuals in their career choices and progression.
His specialities focus on understanding the reasons that people behave and feel in specific ways, aiming to support the individual to change concerning and unhealthy behaviour patterns working fluently in English and Portuguese. His experience ranges from issues related to anxiety, depression, phobias, relationships difficulties, and daily life challenges.
